Consult conditions for groups with the Technical Secretariat
To be entitled to the registration fee for SEDAR Members, you must have paid the final instalment of the 2025 membership fee.
IMPORTANT:
- Fill in one registration form for each delegate.
- Please state under “observations” if you require an invoice, indicating the institution/person to be invoiced, tax identification number and postcode.
- In order to validate your registration, fill in the online form and make the payment.
DEADLINE FOR REDUCED REGISTRATION FEE
September 9, 2026. You must submit your registration form and pay the registration fee before this date, otherwise the registration fee will be updated to the price in force at the time of payment.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION BEFORE CONGRESS: October 20, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- In the case of cancellations made up to September 15, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administration fee of € 50.
- Cancellations after September 16, 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after October 22, 2026, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations or changes must be notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
- Bank transfer: In order to validate your registration, fill in the online form and email receipt of payment to congresos@singulae.es
- Debit / Credit card
Note: currency exchange and bank transfer fees will be charged to the corresponding delegate
